We collect or use the following information for the prevention and detection of crime which we obtain through our on-premises equipment:
CCTV footage and audio – this is not in operation when clients are legally in our premises except in the event of an emergency alarm being activated.

For the operation of CCTV for the prevention and detection of crime we use the lawful basis of legitimate interest - we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits us without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are protecting our property and goods and maintaining the safety of persons using our premises and environs.
How long we keep information
In line with industry standard good practice, we hold personal information relating to providing services and goods to you, and for dealing with complaints or claims for a period of seven years from your most recent treatment.
We hold personal information relating to customer accounts, providing service updates, and marketing for three years from your most recent treatment or three years from your last interaction with us, whichever is later.
We hold CCTV video and audio for thirty days unless it is required for a civil or criminal case, in which case it is held until such a time it is no longer required for that case.
Who we share information with
We share information with processors acting on our behalf, including for the following activities:

Payment service provision
Treatment data generated by electronic treatment devices
Website hosting and operation, including the provision of cookies
Email, office management, and document storage
CCTV monitoring and recording
To be able to provide services to us, and to you, our processors may transfer your personal information to countries outside of the UK. They will do so in accordance with relevant legislation, which helps ensure that adequate protections for your information are in place.
